"bizNote Receipt" is to help you input data from receipts anytime, anywhere. Once data is ready, sign into our cloud to export your data. Our system store receipts anonymously, so that our staff can not identify whose receipt data.
How to use
1) Capture receipts by your iPhone camera
2) Add Receipts > Choose images from library
3) Double-check images with finger swipe (Tap > Edit > hide privacy info with black ink drawing or Delete image if necessary)
4) Submit > reducing size & upload, Done!
Tips:
- Take clear picture to read text easily
- Uploading images when submit depends on the mobile internet
- Submit up to 3 receipts if no Wi-Fi and avoid busy time such as end of month
Setup
1) Sign up for bizNote cloud service
2) Purchase tickets from iPhone app (In-App Purchase)
Settings > Ticket, etc.
Notes:
- Takes 3-5 work days to complete data input
- Using power of OCR technology and human verification
- Nearly 100% accuracy for Date, Total Amount, and Method
